Landlory is an independent guide to property management software. We compare tools on real pricing, real features and real user feedback — so landlords and property managers can choose without wading through vendor spin.

Why we exist

Most "best property management software" lists are written by the vendors themselves or by sites that simply rank whoever pays the most. We do the opposite: one place where the comparison is the product, and the recommendations don't change based on who's paying. If a free tool is the right answer, we say so.

Who's behind it

Reviews are maintained by the Landlory editorial team, independent software researchers. We research property management software full-time — pulling pricing from vendor sites, cross-checking features, and reading real user reviews — so landlords can compare honestly in one place.

How we make money

Landlory is reader-supported. When you sign up through links on our site we may earn a commission — but this never affects our rankings or what we recommend.
